A Florida girl who evacuated from Hurricane Irma together with her three kids received $10,00zero on a lottery scratch-off price ticket whilst sheltering in North Carolina.
Tiffany Hatfield, 28, left her house in Ocoee, close to Orlando, overdue Friday night time together with her three younger daughters to power to a pal’s house in Virginia.
