Woman scratches off three winning lottery tickets in a row
A Kansas girl who purchased three scratch-off lottery tickets skipped one as a result of she concept there would not be two winners in a row — however she was once improper.
Ruth Wright of Kingman advised Kansas Lottery officers she purchased three $10 Tiger Pride scratch-off tickets on the White’s Foodliner retailer in Kingman and the primary price tag she scratched published some excellent information.
“I bought three tickets, and the first one was a $15 win. So I moved on to the third ticket I bought, since I never have two winners in a row!” Wright stated. “The third ticket I bought turned out to be a $10 winner, so I just assumed the one in the middle wasn’t going to win anything.”
Wright stated she then determined to scratch the center price tag and was once pleasantly stunned to find it was once a $75,000 best prize winner.
“I couldn’t believe it when I scratched it off. I checked it myself several times, then took it to the register and had them check it for me as well. Everyone agreed it was a big winner!” she stated.
Wright stated she rushed around the boulevard to C5 Manufacturing so she may display her husband.
“I literally ran across the highway to see him. It wasn’t the safest thing I’ve ever done, but I just couldn’t wait to show him!” Wright stated. “It took about 10 minutes for him to realize that the ticket was real and we were big winners! I asked him to hold onto the ticket for me, and then went back to work.”
Wright stated she plans to make use of her winnings to pay off her bulls and make investments in a trade.
