Massachusetts man wins $1M lottery for second time in 18 months

A Massachusetts man received his second $1 million lottery payout remaining week — lower than two years after drawing a fortunate price tag for the primary time.

For the second time in 18 months, Rolf Rhodes of Mendon has received a $1 million prize on a Massachusetts State Lottery rapid price tag.

Rhodes received his most up-to-date prize in the “$4,000,000 Instant Jackpot” rapid recreation.  He selected the annuity choice on his prize and gained the primary of 20 annual bills of $50,000 (prior to taxes).
