Louisiana man rescues $200,000 lottery ticket from the trash
A Louisiana man who gained a $200,000 jackpot mentioned he needed to rescue the successful ticket from the trash after it used to be thrown away by means of a circle of relatives member.
Bryan Cureington, 35, of Monroe informed Louisiana Lottery officers circle of relatives member scratched off his $10 Make My Year lottery ticket for him and tossed it in the rubbish after they made up our minds it wasn’t a winner.
Cureington mentioned he rescued the ticket, bought from the Muse Food Mart in Monroe, from the trash to double-check it and found out it used to be a $200,000 most sensible prize winner.
The fortunate winner went house with $142,000 after state and federal tax withholdings.
