Canadian man wins lottery, celebrates birthday and retires on same day

The BCLC mentioned they had been not able to divulge how previous Shum is or the place he retired from.
The BC/49 is a British Columbia-only lottery, which takes each Wednesday and Saturday within the Canadian province.
